The sell-out was aided by launching a campaign to integrate PR, social, and digital marketing to help promote the new community.
We take this same integrated approach when working with all of our builder clients. When we begin to develop a promotional plan for any community, we do so with the knowledge that no two communities are the same. There is no standard approach for the very reason that every location, every home, every model, every plan – every blade of grass on every lawn is different. With Jacaranda, as with any client, we explore how to capture the imagination of our audience and how to reach them – on their terms.
For MBK, NewGround took full advantages of the services each NewGround department offers. From online marketing for homebuilders, to PR, to social media. MBK also trusted us to create some really cool videos for the community.
The results speak for themselves. A lead-generating landing page was paired with an online marketing campaign that increased the leads coming in to the sales team, who quickly contacted the prospects, set appointments, and made deals.
Meanwhile, our PR team used media to reach prospective buyers while the social team created compelling content that reached the right audience. The entire process was collaborative, got results, and we had some fun in the process.
